| Bob conducted the APA pre-inspection on a prospective used car for me. He was available at the scheduled time and conducted a thorough check in the one hour as promised. The car was already certified by the dealership, but He found an unreported accident/minor bodywork and a possible leak in the powe steering. Bob walked me through the issues, provided me with explanations that I could understand (totally not a mechanic here!), provided guidance on what to say to the dealership and what they might counter-argue. Dealership repaired the leak (over $1000). Extremely happy with the service from Bob! Will bring my next car here for pre-inspection! |
