| They are a very thorough shop. They don't guess at a solution like many other shops I have been to. While not the least expensive I find that I'm money ahead because I'm not spending money and time unnecessarily. |

| These guys are great they went above and beyond to solve the problem that I had with my vehicle. It was electrical and sometimes can be very hard to solve. They explain to me in simple English so I could understand what they were doing and I appreciate that thanks for the good work guys. |

| Thanks to Josh and the team while the boss was vacationing. The guys took care of my 1999 Nissan Altima until its final days and in all that time it never let me stranded. Now my 2015 Rav 4 gets all its work done by the team at Vertex. So far and over 3 years running, nothing but oil changes and regular service. They really take care of you. |
