| I am using services of Vertex Auto since I have bought my car. They have performed the regular car maintenance and have switched the winter tires. A few days ago I noticed a leak and I went to Vertex Auto. They checked the car and explained to me what the issue can be. I am very satisfied with the work of Vertex Auto and I am sure that I can rely on their services. They perform their job in professional manner and explain everything clearly. Anytime when I need something to be done to my car I am going to use Vertex Auto Services. |

| Customer service is second to none! Josh and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Involve you in the process and help you make solid decisions re: what is necessary and what is not. They do good work at a good price. If something is missed, they will always work to make it right! | Best mechanic shop in the city. Very honest, I trust them completely. Accurate estimates discussed before any work is done. Always an excellent job. Josh has worked with me to address the most important issues, down to things that can wait. I never feel oversold.. I recommend this place over any other in the entire east end. |
